Our commitment

We want you to be totally happy with every item you order from simittribu.com. If you are not satisfied with an item you have bought, we will be glad to accept your return. As we are a small business, and every item is made on demand with care, articles cannot be refunded (except when defective), however you will be able to exchange the product with another one from the ongoing collection or request a voucher.

Conditions

We can accept your return for an exchange with ease if the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned within 14 days following the receipt of your order.
• Each product is unused and shows no sign of wear and tear.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
• The original packaging is included and is in good condition.

The same conditions apply for defective products however you will also need to notify us by email within the 48 hours following the receipt of your order, with a description of the problem and photos.

Exchange process

• Go to ‘My Account’, make a note of the order number and contact us by email explaining the reason for the return.
• Ship the products to Simit Tribu (address below)
• Upon receipt of the returned items, we will get back to you within 48 hours after and let you know if the conditions for an exchange are met or not.
• If conditions are met we will issue a voucher for the value of the returned order (shipping and duty costs excluded) to be used within one year on simittribu.com. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded
• Duty costs and return shipping costs are supported by you. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Defective products: if the above conditions are met Simit Tribu will refund the value of the defective products as well as the original shipping costs and the duty costs. If you prefer to proceed with an exchange, we will issue a voucher for the value of the returned order and the shipping and duty costs, to be used within one year on simittribu.com. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
